Over the past 25 years, I have dedicated my career to teaching, mentoring, and developing future leaders in higher education, government, and the nonprofit sector. Throughout that time, I have successfully guided dozens of doctoral students through every stage of the dissertation process—from identifying a meaningful research gap and developing a rigorous proposal to defending and completing their dissertations.
